  • Contact us to schedule a complimentary 15-minute phone, online, or in-person consultation. We will discuss your goals, approach, timeline, and desired outcomes during this session.

  • We will take a few days to review your enquiry. If we proceed with your project, we will prepare a detailed brief outlining a realistic timeline and cost breakdown, which will be emailed to you for your consideration.

  • Each project is unique and requires a tailored approach. All costs and payment schedules will be clearly outlined and presented upfront for review and mutual agreement before any work begins.

  • As part of our advocacy efforts, we publish projects and stories online to share our successes and challenges. We always seek permission from project partners before publishing and ensure a story is posted only after mutual approval.

  • If you are happy to proceed, we’ll finalise the process by signing a project agreement and get started! Every project is co-designed and includes regular check-ins and opportunities for input.

  • We continuously improve our work and processes. We encourage open, reciprocal feedback throughout the project and will reach out at key milestones and upon project completion for your input and review.
